The images and design on this page are based in the work of the Get Out the Vote Electronic Democracy Project Proposals developed by Century Studio and Communicas to support Voter Education during the 2003 campaigns. Unfortunately, the California
Schwarzenegger debacle diverted most progressive funding and as a result the campaign was never fully implemented.
To see one version of the initial proposals and for further information, take a look at an excerpt from GET OUT THE VOTE proposal draft for electronic democracy seed funding.
